Green Belt Classroom Training
Green Belts are key figures in LSS structure. They can work on improvement projects either under Black Belt’s supervision or independently. Green Belts execute simple or medium complexity projects. Working on projects Green Belts assume responsibility for data gathering and analysis, developing and conducting experiments, efficient team management, and coordination with Champions and process owners. Green Belts’ leadership in project execution and their efforts in disseminating LSS practices translate into great economic benefits for their home companies.

There are no prerequisites for taking Green Belt course and any professionals/supervisors who want to commit themselves to in-depth learning of Lean Six Sigma system and utilizing obtained knowledge in their work can sign up for the course.
The main requirement integral to this training is execution of at least one process improvement project. To incorporate project execution the standard course is divided into two separate sessions 5 days each with 4-6 weeks between the sessions. The training break is used for working on project related tasks using tools and approaches learnt by students during the first session. In-depth learning of Lean Sigma tools and methods, execution of process improvement projects.
