Classroom Training for Champions
Champion is a head of a department slated for improvement activities. Champion can be responsible for one or several LSS projects which he or she supplies with necessary resources. Other responsibilities of this role include control over key phases and LSS project management at the strategic level.
Champion is a central figure in LSS project selection process.

There are no prerequisites for taking Champion training and any supervisor who wants to learn basics of Lean Six Sigma system can sign up for the course.

We are offering three options for Champion training:

|2||1 day||Basics of Lean Six Sigma system, and project selection and management process.|
|3||2 days||Basics of Lean Six Sigma system, LSS tools. Selecting first projects and creation of project teams.|
