Last 10 years of Sergey’s professional career have been devoted to implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodology. He used his LSS expertise streamlining processes in a number of large companies which belong to various economic sectors: oil & gas, metallurgy, banking, food processing, manufacturing and IT.
Mr. Baum was in charge of continuous improvement program (based on Lean Six Sigma) in five companies within Sibur-Russian Tires holding. Sergey is a key figure in Lean Six Sigma implementation program in Kazhakhstan’s biggest crude oil producer - Tengizchevroil LP (joint venture between Chevron, ExxonMobil and local KazMunaiGaz). He facilitated over a hundred diverse LSS projects.
Sergey delivered all types of Lean Six Sigma training programs to professionals and managers alike. He also provided consulting support to medium and large sized companies in their LSS implementation efforts which included projects selection, execution and finding complex solutions.
Sergey graduated from the faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at Moscow State University and New Economic School.
Andrei Shadrin has more than 15 year experience with Russian and foreign financial institutions, transport and industrial sector companies, being involved into projects on business process optimization, business units’ efficiency improvements, strategy developments, and operational risk management.
Mr. Shadrin headed Organizational Development Department at Renova Stroygroup, before that, he was an Executive Advisor with Gartner Executive Programs where he held responsibility for Information and Analytical support program for CIOs and was Associate Director at Gartner Consulting practice. Prior to joining Gartner, Andrei was Head of Project Management Office at UniCredit Bank, and worked 10 years at Ernst & Young advisory services.
Andrei graduated from Moscow State Technical University at Bauman and Finance Academy (Government of the Russian Federation).
Over 7 years of experience with executing projects in Procter&Gamble, Kellogg’s and Nestle. Applied Lean Six Sigma methods in FMCG companies and food industry.
Experienced instructor for all Lean Six Sigma programs; trained personnel in Procter&Gamble, Roto Frank, Servier. Lectured in Lomonosov MSU, Higher School of Economics.
Successfully Implemented and utilized 5S, autonomous maintenance, continuous improvement (Kaizen), statistical methods.

Anatoliy has spearheaded process efficiency initiatives in electronics (LG Electronics) and oil & gas (Kulan Oil, Chevron) fields for over 11 years. Personally facilitated and provided support to over 100 Lean Six Sigma projects improving manufacturing, warehousing and services processes.
Being a head of a consulting company Mr. Buzikov is well aware of medium and large sized companies’ needs; he possesses keen perception of peculiarities associated with LSS implementation in the post-soviet space.
Anatoliy is an experienced trainer capable of delivering all types of Lean Six Sigma programs. He ensures that his audience learns the subject by providing well-structured information, engaging students in discussions and keeping them interested throughout the course.

Ms. Beernaert is a mature Lean Six Sigma expert and has extensive experience in the application of LSS methodology with GE in various line functions as well as Lean Master Consultant with George Group and Partner with Accenture.
Carmen Beernaert has 15+ years of experience as leader of Lean Six Sigma transformations, increasing shareholder value in different global companies. Carmen Beernaert led 10’en of Lean transformation journeys which resulted in sustainable, tangible, bottom-line business results. She led & supported transformations as well in operations as in transactional processes. As partner with Accenture she was QA director for major Lean transformations in Europe and Russia, lead thought leadership development around reaching sustainable performance improvement through operational excellence as a transformational journey, on which she wrote several papers.
Over the last 15 years, Carmen Beernaert trained & coached 700+ LSS experts, 150+ top leadership and 350+ middle management in the LSS philosophy. Carmen Beernaert is convinced of the sustainability of results and is fascinated about the positive impact LSS has on leadership style and the employee satisfaction & motivation.
Carmen is also author of the German book: "Six Sigma + Lean Toolset : Verbesserungsprojekte erfolgreich durchführen".
Mr. Kopylov is a logistics expert with over 10 years of experience in the field. He was in charge of transport and warehouse logistics for ProLogics and NLC-Trans companies. Andrey initiated and then led reorganization and optimization processes (operational activities, planning, fiscal control, paperwork).
He participated in several big consulting projects in TransCare AG (planning for logistics facilities infrastructure such as seaports, warehouses, container terminals and optimization stockholding and procurement systems).
In his current role as chief executive officer in transport logistics company, OLTM, Mr. Kopylov is managing developmental and operational activities.
Andrey graduated from the faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at Moscow State University.
Mr. Kirienko has 10 years of supervisory and performance improvement experience. Areas of application included FMCG distribution, real estate, petrochemical and power industries.
Vladimir implemented Lean practices at three petrochemical plants of SIBUR holding and at two power stations of WGK-3. Being an expert in using 5S, quick changeover, value stream mapping, brain storming and other Lean tools he also helped others to master these techniques. His extensive and versatile experience enabled him to understand specific challenges which have to be met by those who venture to implement Lean Six Sigma in Russia.
Education: Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (graduated with honors).
